We have less than one month of summer left. But don't worry, there's still plenty of opportunities to enjoy the summer sunshine! One of the ways is to decorate your house with creative summer flower arrangements. Let's have a look at some of the ideas
These amazing flowers normally start to bloom in the midsummer and continue till October. Surprisingly sunflower stems were used to fill life jackets. Floating sunflower rafts have been used to clean up water contamination from the Chernobyl disaster. The roots of the sunflowers remove up to 90% radioactivity by drawing the contaminants out of the water. It’s wonderful to know that these beautiful flowers may not only bring a joy for the eyes but also be so much useful!
Broccoli is ….. a flower actually
We do not think of broccoli as a flower nor do most florists display broccoli in their floral cooler. However, broccoli, in fact, is a flower. The bright yellow broccoli flowers are edible and delicious.. Broccoli is harvested before the flower buds fully open and eaten as a vegetable. Maybe it’s time we start incorporating broccoli in floral arrangements?
Winter holidays are a great time of Christmas magic, New Year sparkles, and cosy family relaxation. At Flower Lane, we honestly believe that flowers can make those holidays feel extra special. This is why we give extra thought to the flower arrangements that will fill up your winter homes.
